We currently ship within Canada only and not to any PO Boxes.  To inquire for delivery outside of Canada and the USA or expedited delivery, please contact us directly. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. We are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.  All shipping and any applicable duty or customs charges shall be paid by you and are non-refundable. All taxes (13%) will be applied subject to applicable federal and provincial tax legislation.

 

Order Information

You will receive an order confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days from your purchase date. Please note during peak holiday season, delivery and process times may be affected. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be notified by email. Orders received over the weekend and during holidays will be processed the following business day.  Please note, we are not held liable for lost, missing, stolen, refusal to accept delivery or damages incurred through shipping or delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect or missing address information. No signature is required upon delivery.

 

Shipping and Returns

We offer free standard shipping (Canada Post) on all orders of $150 or more (not including discount and taxes).

All orders under $149, will have a $15* standard shipping rate. Estimated delivery time by Canada Post is 3-7 business days.

In-studio pick up is available upon request. Please wait until you receive a confirmation email stating that your order is ready for pick-up. You will be required to show your order confirmation and a piece of I.D at the time of pick-up. If someone else is picking up your order, please notify us before pick-up by email to dr.corrego@gmail.com. Please state in your email the full name of the person picking-up your order.

 

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us prior to returning item(s). Orders returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.  Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with the original tags attached. All returns are subject to inspection and approval, we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) do not meet these specifications. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost(s) for the returned item(s). We are not responsible for lost packages.  We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. We must receive returned item(s) within 7 days of delivery. We are happy to offer an exchange or store-credit in the amount of your return for online or in-store purchases.

 

Gift cards or sale items are final sale.

Out of Stock Items

Unfortunately, an item may be out of stock, back ordered or unavailable due to high demand. In the event this should happen, you will receive an e-mail to inform you and you will be provided with alternative options. When the item becomes available, you will be notified and it will be shipped to you promptly.
