Booking Policy

To ensure the continued safety at the studio, I ask that if you are not feeling well, please re-schedule your appointment to a later date. If you are uncertain of your symptoms, please contact me and I can advise further. The objective here is to keep everyone as healthy as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. It is required to provide me with at least 48 hours prior notice, to change or cancel your appointment.  If the appointment is cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time, please note that you will be charged half of the appointment fee. If less than 24-hour notice is provided, then the full appointment charge will be applied and must be paid prior to your next appointment.



 Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment to give you the necessary time to settle in.  A friendly reminder to please leave your shoes at the front and have a seat.  I will come to greet you when the room is ready. If you need to use the restroom prior to your appointment, this would be the perfect time. Please don't forget to fill out the required forms prior to your appointments. These are emailed to you 24 hours prior to your appointment.


If this is your first visit, please ensure you have all forms emailed to you completed prior to your appointment. If the forms are not completed, we will need to complete them during your appointment time.


If you are unable to find a date and time that works best for you, add yourself to the waitlist. You will be notified if the time requested becomes available. You may also contact me by email at with your availability and I will do my best to find a time that works for you.
